Krispy Kreme Fundraising for your Sports Club

Up-and-coming sports stars, sporting club leaders, and community sports groups alike – you’ve come to the right place!

Raise some money for uniforms, equipment, away-games travel – you name it – and do it with Krispy Kreme Fundraising.

While Sausage Sizzles are for hardware stores, a Krispy Kreme Fundraising Pop-up is the fun way to raise some dough! You can decorate the pop-up with your team colours, get the queue of hungry supporters keen to get their hands on an Original Glazed®, and sweet profits will be yours by the end of the day.

There are a couple ways that you can re-sell the doughnuts, plus a fun way to bring the team and supporters together!

The Bake Sale

One easy and versatile way to make the Krispy Kreme Fundraising program work for you is the tried-and-true Bake Sale.

A Dozen of our Original Glazed® Doughnuts as purchased through the Fundraising Program can be resold at $3.00 per Doughnut.

That's a $19.00 profit on a dozen purchase for $17*!

With our Assorted Dozens - our Classic Doughnuts such as the Strawberry Jam, Choc Iced Doughnut, Choc Iced Custard Doughnut, and Strawberry Sprinkles Doughnut can be sold at $3.50 per Doughnut.

Alternatively, (because one is never enough!), you can re-sell the doughnuts in their Dozens, using the suggested selling prices we list online.

Pre-Orders / Pre-Sell

Announce your Fundraising is 'Coming Soon!', build suspense, and get everyone talking before taking pre-orders for Krispy Kreme Doughnuts!

Taking pre-orders for our available dozens is a great way to establish demand, understand what your profit will look like even before placing your order - and knowing how close you are to your goals! We have a couple recommendations:

- Create a quick and simple form outlining the Available Products and their inclusions* - you can find this all here

*Because we are producing over-night and last minute ingredient changes or shortages can occur - we would advise that while rare, inclusions are subject to substitution.

- Always order a few extra Dozen for last minute order forms (sadly we can't add to existing orders!)

- Any left overs - treat yourself! Or have a raffle!

- Be sure to factor in delivery or freight charges where applicable on your order form as our suggested selling prices listed as for Product only.

Event Catering

If you're hosting an event that is ticketed - you can use the Krispy Kreme Fundraising Program to purchase a minimum of 12 Dozen Krispy Kreme Doughnuts, and include this in the price of your event ticket.

For example - if you are hosting a Fundraising Movie Night and expect to sell 200 tickets for $10 each - you would expect a total of $2000 at the end of the night and maybe some hungry guests.

By adding $1.56 to each ticket ($11.56 total in this example) you will have an extra $312 to purchase 17 Dozen Original Glazed® Doughnuts for $17 each ($204) and making an additional profit of $108! (and have happy Doughnut-eating Movie Guests!)
