The Krispy Kreme FUN-DRAISING program is a dough-licious way to raise funds, share a box of smiles and make a real difference for your cause!

Fundraising Products

You'll have access to an exclusive range of Doughnut Dozens that have been created for the Krispy Kreme Fundraising Program that will help you achieve your fundraising goals.

We have taken some of our most popular flavours and created products that will be sure to whet everyone's appetite.

There is a minimum order quantity of 20 Dozen for a Fundraising order, however you can purchase any mix of dozen products to meet the 20 dozen minimum order quantity.

Creating an Account

You can choose to create an account so that your details are ready to go for your Fundraising Order. While not required, we do recommend having an account so that you can review past orders, keep your information up-to-date, and if you sign up to our mailing list - catch updates on any upcoming offers.

Booking Date Information

All fundraising orders must be placed a minimum of 10 days prior to your collection/delivery date. You can pre-book your order in our system up to 60 days in advance - Click and Collect is available 7 days a week, while Delivery to selected postcodes is available Monday - Friday (excl Public Holidays). There are event dates, and seasonal periods where bookings are not available due to production capacity capability. We will keep the below list updated for your reference when considering your booking options:

Payment Methods

For you convenience, we have payment options that you can choose from. For immediate upfront payment, our Secure Checkout accepts all major Credit Cards, as well as PayPal. This is via Braintree (a PayPal Platform).

We also accept bank transfer payment. Bank Transfer details will be provided at check out - payment needs to be cleared into Krispy Kreme Australia's account for a Bank Transfer order to be confirmed. Reach out to our fundraising agents if you need a payable invoice for your accounts department.

Terms and Conditions apply. Unfortunately if payment has not cleared prior to your order date - we will cancel the order.

Delivery Options

Delivered Fresh Daily

We produce and pre-pack your order overnight (like a bakery) so that the doughnuts are fresh and ready to go at the crack of dawn. Depending on your requirements, we have 3 ways for you to get your hands on your doughnuts. 

Your order will be packed in cartons that fit 8 Dozen each, measuring approx 60cm x 40cm x 25cm high.

Your order will be delivered to the specified (eligible) address by 2pm by our friendly delivery partner: Direct Couriers.

You should receive an sms/email with tracking information from Direct Couriers on the morning of delivery.

We'll send your order to the store that you have selected, on the date that you have selected. 

The Order will be ready for collection from the opening hours of the location.

Bring your order confirmation with you and you'll be assisted by our friendly Krispy Kreme Store Attendants upon arrival.

We'll do all the airline booking for you! 

Once this has been done after payment has cleared, we'll be in touch via email with booking information and collection details (these are also listed below)

The email we'll send you will include the flight booking number, the arrival time of the flight, number of shipper boxes to be collected, and contact details for the airline.

We always recommend getting in touch with the freight team on the flight date for any updates on delays.
